Alex Seaside Resort is just a few steps away from the beautiful white sandy surf patrolled Alexandra Headland beach and Alex Surf Club, a wonderful array of restaurants and cafes and close to all local attractions such as Sea Life Mooloolaba, Australia Zoo and many more.

High Season:

Tariffs quotes are for 2 people in a Studio and 1 bedroom apartment and 4 people in a 2 bedroom apartment.
Maximum 2 guests in a 1 bedroom apartment and a maximum 5 guests in a 2 bedroom apartment.
There is no change to the bed configuration in bedroom 2
Additional charge for extra persons over 2 years old – $35 per night.
Porta Cots and High Chairs available for hire.
Tariffs include linen.

We require a valid photo ID and credit card upon check-in. A copy of this will be held on file at the property for the duration of your stay.

This property does not accommodate school graduates during the annual ‘Schoolies Week’ period. Alex Seaside Resort has a ‘No Party Policy’. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

We have a no pets policy, so please arrange for your pets to have their holiday elsewhere.

All apartments are serviced when staying for a 7 night stay or more.

Deposit:

The guest will be charged a deposit of $300 balance to be paid on arrival $500 in high season

The guest will be charged the total price if they cancel in the 14 (30) days before arrival.
Early departure or no show incurs full accommodation cost equal to the original nights booked.
